Q. Where are you located

A. Southern California But we can ship a pool around the block, or around the world with no problem at all...we have lots of experience

Q. How long do these pools typically last.

A. Barring disaster....Almost all of these pools will last decades.

Q. If I order a pool, when will I get it.

A.  Usually 7-10 days. Most of our pools are either in stock or shipped direct from the factory. we will let you know which is your case.

Q. Where can I put my pool?

A. Hard Firm Level Ground

Q. Do you offer financing

A. Unfortunately no, every willing financer wanted to charge in excess of 20% interest, we don't roll that way.

Q. Do you offer layaway?

A. Yes on in stock items with a 50% non refundable deposit

Q. What if there is a problem with my pool

A. Whatever it is, call us right away. If we can handle it we will do so promptly, if we need to contact a manufacturer to solve the problem, we will do so promptly, its always best if you can send us pictures of the problem.

Q. So do you have a lot of problems?

A. No, they are rare but they can occur. But we will make sure they are solved.
